The 7th Annual Splunk IT Conference held over 4400 enthusiasts for a three day event, and OEX provided a complimentary pedicab service to all of the attendees throughout the entire event. Thousands of attendees enjoyed our brand of Transportainment to and from 185 technical sessions and after hour events.

Splunk's dedication to reducing carbon footprint and promoting environmentally friendly human powered transportation was on full display during the three day conference. Attendees fully enjoyed this unique service as they rode to meeting and events throughout the Swan/Dolphin property. The Gartner Symposium held annually in Orlando has become a showcase of Transportainment. OEX has now serviced this outstanding world-class event in both 2011 and 2012. Both the bikes and the drivers are branded by signage and shirts not only from Gartner but from other companies who attended the event.

Selling corporate sponsorships at your own event on OEX bikes has proven to be an effective way to bring down operational costs with a new revenue stream. OEX took almost 5,000 attendees for rides in 2012 helping guests of the event maintain their schedules while enjoying the outdoors and reducing their carbon footprint all at the same time.

Rimini Street hired OEX to distribute branded water bottles to attendees at the SAP Convention, held at the Orange County Convention Center on Orlando's world famous International Drive. Thousands of branded water bottles were distributed to happy attendees going in and out of the event.

Our drivers wore Rimini Street shirts and carried large coolers filled with fresh ice all day to ensure the product was well received. This type of good will distribution creates excellent positive association to your event. There is no limit to the levels of creativity and imagination that can go into such an event.

HOOTERS CAMPAIGN AT THE NAHB SHOW

OEX brought 10 pedicabs in 2008 for the National Home Builders show to run a campaign for Hooters on Point Orlando. We had each driver wear branded shirts and hats, along with distributing thousands of Hooter coupons throughout the convention.

After noticing our shirts, many of our passengers requested to be taken to the Point Orlando Hooters location. The passengers were especially satisifed after receiving their coupons. Tens of thousands of high spending convention goers viewed our bikes and their mobile billboard ads. The client was extremely happy with our performance.

TABASCO CAMPAIGN AT THE SUPERBOWL

In 2005 OEX brought 10 pedicabs to the Super Bowl to run a campaign for Tabasco. We had full color signage wrapped on the bikes, long sleeve Tabasco branded shirts and hats for the drivers along with thousands of mini Tabasco bottles for distribution throughout the 10 day campaign.

The response to our total product was outstanding. The Tabasco takeaways were perfect size and the sports crowd especially appreciated the bottles, which they said would be kept as souvenirs of the event. Our bikes really stood out in the crowd, as did our drivers. Hundreds of thousands of high spending sports fans viewed our bikes and the ads displayed on them. The client was very happy with our our bikes and their mobile billboard ads. The client was extremely happy with our performance."

ABOUT SOME OF OUR 90'S CAMPAIGNS

CPlus – They contracted us to build their brand in the first year of their campaign in Toronto in 2000. The client received great feedback and increased their presence in Ottawa and Kingston, Ontario. The regional presence was a first for OEX. We also sampled cold drinks daily to thousands of passengers and people passing by.

The Annual Charity Run -This event took place between Kingston and Ottawa each year from 1993-2000. We ran two rickshaws, each with one passenger, from Kingston to Ottawa which was a distance of about 120 miles.

Hard Rock & Molson - This shared campaign took place in Ottawa between 1995-1997. Both clients shared the cost of the campaign and space on the 25 rickshaws used for the campaign. We instituted a driver incentive program where they were given one dollar in trade for each customer brought to Hard Rock Café

Famous Players Theatres - Canada's largest movie theatre company Famous Players approached OEX in 1999. We used 20 rickshaws for this campaign. We added a grass roots element to the campaign by participating in events like Toronto's Bike Day to garner even more positive association for our client. The new theatre opened with record numbers.
